Conspiracy Theories – these are the Mind’s work. Remember, Soul is of the essence of Sat Naam, which expresses itself in qualities such as light, love, empathy, consciousness, sobriety and bliss, while Mind is the agent of Kal, the negative power, which is here to waylay, deceive and to create bondage, division and hatred. Mind has only one mission – to keep the human ego at the centre of the universe. It will go to any lengths in its endeavour to defeat our attempts to change this. We can choose to align with the qualities of the Soul, or to be a slave of the Mind.

Many a well-intended dear one has become lost and engulfed in the sea of mind, but Soul is much stronger if we align with it.

By doing our daily spiritual practices (meditation, prayer, service, etc.),  and practicing self-care, we feed the soul and the soul becomes powerful.

More meditation, more soul power! Less mind, less Kal. 💚
